The telecaster or "tele" was the first mass produced guitar. It was created by Leo Fender. Features include a bolt on neck, a single cutaway design and a 25.5" scale.

Tone

The tele is noted for its sharp, 'twangy' sound and bright tone. This is attributed to the bridge pickup.
